But guess what?
They are not good.
In a survey (of like, 5 people. And the giant pile of leftover cookies) most people hate these.
If you LOVE espresso and LOVE shortbread cookies, then you will love these.
If you don’t like coffee flavor, STEER CLEAR.

I guess a trend is emerging. Oreo Cookies. I love Oreo’s and think they make everything better.
Therefore, mini cheesecakes with an actual WHOLE Oreo crust.
These are not something you eat on a first date. Or at a work party. Or any party really.
I made these for a party. My brother-in-laws 30th Birthday bash. I guess I am a bit of a jerk for serving these at a party. But they are soooooo good and everyone loved them, so it really doesnt matter. They probably made for some awkward conversation/judgment.
